Have you already gotten assignments where you had to find information in different documents? Wouldn't it be nice to know how to search for this information? All well-written documents follow a certain pattern. When you learn the structure and format of these articles it will be much easier for you to find the information you need.
This lesson will tell you how major functional documents are structured. It explains in detail how to write a five-paragraph essay, how to use reference materials and how to prepare a Works Cited list or Bibliography. Public documents often use rhetorical devices to make a point. After this lesson you will have no problem understanding them.
